On July 8, 2002 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amandm~lt application submitted to the Division
on March 13, 2002, addressing the following:
Add 52 acres to permit.
The terms ofthe AmentJmerrt No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated rtrto Pemtit No. M-1979-089. All
other c~diti~s and requirements of Pemlit No. M-1979-089 remain in full force and effect.
The estimated liability amount of $273,250.00 for the 23 Road Pit, when added to the existing liability amount of
$48,885.00, exceeds the perfomlance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond ul the
amount of $273,250.00. The revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division.
