There were no objections to the operation from neighboring <br />property owners and Rio Grande County returned our application and fee. <br />On June 9, 2004 Lowry Contracting, Inc. filed for a conditional use permit <br />with Rio Grande County for the gravel pit and the appropriate fee was <br />submitted with the application.
