The permitted mine is known as fhe Hindmarsh Sandstone,-and is located at or near Section 23, Town- ship 36 North, Range 15 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian. The proposed date of Com- mencement is September 19, 2007 and the proposed dale of completion is the year 2041. The proposed fu- ture use of the land is rangeland for extraction areas and acommercial/ in- dustrial staging yard foi,the stockpile/storage yard.
