WOODROW: That last part about if the thing <br />14 is not clean -- <br />15 MR. REED: Well, the letter, as I recall, said <br />16 that they were to leave it in a good and clean condition, <br />17 normal wear and tear excepted. <br />18 MR. WOODROW: Yeah, that's fine. But I'm not <br />19 sure I would have ever agreed that that would prevent Guffey <br />20 from signing a satisfaction of the $22,000 judgment. <br />21 MR. REED: You know, I'm perfectly willing to <br />22 agree to some third party to inspect the property and be <br />23 bound by that. <br />24 MR. WOODROW: If it's not left that way, we'll be <br />25 happy to pay for whatever it takes to clean it up. But <br />
