Water, <br />As noted in the Preliminary Adequacy Review by the Colorado Division o£ Reclamation, <br />14Iinfng and Safety (DRiV1S), dated November t 5, 200b, the ground water consultants hired by <br />the applicant used old data, ranging from 7 to 20 years old. DRM5 requested applicant to <br />provide at least five quartets of current ground water data to establish a baseline for the elevation <br />of the ground water table at the rrAina site.
