Banta, <br />Division D~re:tor <br />This letter is written as a follow-up to our October 9th meeting and <br />subsequent phone calls. As you know, this natter involves the Division's bond <br />torfeiture proceedings against Vance Mills of Trinidad Basin Mining Company. <br />As we discussed on November 6, 19y0, the Division is requesting that you <br />submit a letter to the Board indicating that Mr, tdills can access the mine <br />site to conduct reclamation activities as required. I have enclosed the <br />letter we discussed for your approval. I could encourage you to return the <br />signed letter as soon as possible as the next Board Meeting is November 14 and <br />15, 1990 and we would like to present it to the Board at that time.
