As we discussed on the phone on January 21, 1997, the <br />conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 1997, at 11:00 a.m. The <br />conference will be held in Room 423, of the Centennial Building, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Denver, CO. <br />The violation has yet to be terminated. Kerr Coal Company has provided a <br />key to the Division but has not addressed how public access to the records <br />will be handled.
