Will either the landowner or the mine site operator receive any type of compensation, i.e., monetary, in-kind, <br />etc., from the proposed material extraction? <br />12. Please supply a copy of any doclunents that will endue that the area of extraction will be reclaimed to some <br />beneficial land use once extraction activities have been completed. <br />13. Do you have permits for this activity from any other governmental agencies, and, if so, what are they? <br />14. Are there state/federaUlocal agencies participants in terms of funding (yes}{no), design (yes}(no).-What are <br />the percentages? <br />We trust that the activities will be performed as represented If we receive a complaint, we are required to conduct an <br />inspection of the site. <br />Send the petition to the Division, and we will make a determination or schedule the petition before the Board at its next <br />meeting. Normally, the Boazd meets each month in Denver for two days. The meetings are held in Room 318, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, starting at 10:00 a.m. The next monthly meeting ojthe Board is October 77-18, 1007 in Callon <br />City, Colorado at the Callon Inn, 3075 E. Hwy. 50, 719.275.8676. <br />If there is a hearing on this matter, we recommend that you or your representative be present at the meeting when your <br />petition is considered. You are encouraged to make your own presentation and answer questions by the Board. The <br />Division will not make your arguments for you. We will, ho~rever, schedule consideration of your petition by the Boazd. <br />If we schedule this matter for a Declazatory Order hearing, you should prepare 12 copies of the material you wish to <br />presem to the Board We need to receive your material /0 days prior to the scheduled Board hearing date, so that <br />we have time to distribute your copies to the Board for their use during the meeting. <br />During the hearing, the Division may recommend to the Board that you need a permit. That recommendation will be <br />based on the petition's content and conversations with you in its regard. The Division's recommendations, however, are <br />not always followed.
