Box 704 <br />Norwood, Colorado 81423 <br />~/ <br />RE: Angie Pit, Permit No. M-2000-049, Technical Revision No. 4 Withdrawal <br />Dear Mr. Williams: <br />As we discussed by phone this morning, any proposed change to an existing reclamation permit that <br />involves an increase in affected area must be submitted in the form of an amendment application and <br />address all requirements of Rule 1.10. and are subject to the same public notice requirements as a new <br />112c application. The application fee for an amendment to a 112c permit is $1,938.00. <br />Your application for Technical Revision No. 4 is hereby withdrawn per your verbal request from our <br />conversation this morning. Your application and application fee for the technical revision is being <br />returned to you because formal review of the revision had not been conducted by DMG.
