The proposal is based on the assessment conference held <br />in our office on February 11, 1992. In attendance at that conference in <br />addition to you and me were Susan Morrison and Larry Routten of the Division. <br />If you agree with the Settlement Agreement, please sign it and return it to <br />our office as instructed on the form.
