It was most <br />helpful to discuss the many issues currently facing us on permits M94-113 and M-94-020. <br />As per our phone discussion (also including Mr. Humphries), I wanted to quickly pen the <br />issues as I believe we understood them(while they are still fresh in my mind) re: <br />Pathfinder. <br />l) Pathfinder formally requests the un-noticed but scheduled hearing before the Board be <br />rescheduled for the next available open date.(if necessary,rT'--~°~~' r...:..° ,.r .r.° Tn <br />Pathfinder must file the application for technical revision, specified in item no. 2 <br />below, by August 31, 2000 and secure Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) <br />approval ojthat application by Monday September 18, 2000, for DMG to consider <br />withdrawal of the violation hearing. <br />2) Pathfinder agrees to submit by 8/31(00 a TR which specifically details: <br />a) the historic construction and chronology of the fill impacted by the <br />pipeline rupture. <br />b) details of our current and proposed monitoring programs. <br />
