Please have your comments to the staff by
July 23, 1984.
(1) What is the amount of total disturbance of the pipeline outside the
permitted acreage (i.e., total length and width and area of the
river disturbance)?
(2) Please supply legal right-of-entry for areas of disturbance of said
pipeline.
(3) Please delineate, via a line, the acreage you wish to excise from
the existing permit and indicate whether this area has been
disturbed in the past or if it is intact native range.
(4) Since Zigan Sand & Gravel has constricted the flow of the highway
culvert with this surface disturbance, please explain how you will
guarantee the permanence of a man made structure (State Highway
No. 9) if a precipitation event occurs that will exceed the
restricted capacity of said culvert.
If you have any questions, please call.
S'ncvl~ ~~~~~
William"R.
