Box 700, Henderson, CO 80640-0700; (303) 289-8137, filed an Amendment application to M-1977-526, Worthing Pit, which is located at or near Section 26, Township IS, Range 67W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Adams County. The application decision is scheduled for August 4, 2005. A copy of the application is available for review, unless you receive a CD, at the Adams County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
