On October 29, 2001 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application
submitted to the Division on October 24, 2001, addressing the following:
Mining closer than 200 feet to the property line on the North and West sides of the Southern 14 acres of
the permit area.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No.
M-2000-002. All other conditions and requirements of Pertnit No. M-2000-002 remain in full force and effect.
