Bruce Humphries, Program Supervisor, instructed me to send this monthly report to you <br />so you can distribute i[ [o whomever you feel should receive it. Letters were sen to Mr. Mactovio <br />Martinez and the Costilla County Planning and Zoning March 29, 2001 requesting them to <br />identify one individual, or entity, who should receive the monthly report. Howe ' er, the Division <br />has not yet received a response from Mr. Martinez or the CCP&Z.
