The Vacation Notice has been signed by
the chairperson of the Board, Maxine Stewart. Also, during the
hearing the Board ordered that Mountain Coal Company should
voluntarily submit a revised report format for the semi-annual
subsidence reports. As MCC and the Division had previously
discussed doing such a submittal, we would like to continue as
arranged; to have a report format ready to be presented at the end
of July.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sin~e~rely,
!.
Christine E.
