AL, AND THE DNISION OF RECLAMATION, MINING AND SAFETY, <br />FILE NUMBERS M-1977-310, M-1984-0~4, M-1977-306 AND M-1978-116 <br />THIS MATTER came before the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd ("Boazd") on <br />April 11, 2007 in Denver, Colorado for consideration of a stipulated request to continue <br />hearings in two sepazate matters involving the Cotter Corporation, the Energy Minerals Law <br />Center and Western Mining Action Project on behalf of Colorado Environmental Coalition, <br />San Juan Citizens Alliance, and Information Network for Responsible Mining (collectively <br />"EMLC"), and the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety ("Division"). The file <br />numbers in this matter are M-1977-310, M-1984-OI4, M-1977-306 and M-1978-116. There <br />were no appeazances on behalf of the Cotter Corporation and EMLC.
