W. between the Pathfinder pit acrd Matterhorn Mining's Vallry View Millsiu at <br />Matterhorn. He had indicated that a mtmbc of USFS personae! had visited the site a day or w ago to <br />confirm whether there was improper truck traffic using that haul route ,and perhaps for other reasons as <br />well. He had indicated that certain San Bcrnando residertis had made complaims and ele®s to tbat egad <br />v~rwus~ nuts yow risit you ciwrry saw that such was not the cave. <br />I am personally interested in the name(s) of the complainants making these continued blatantly false <br />reports as I intend to pursue legal action forthwith. Also it u very ivnsesting how yoty group arrives at an <br />i®ediate solutiodapprvval for this road clostrreJberming when you ca~ot paocess even simple opa pbm <br />revisions that support legitimate mining rues. This is exactly the type of behavior that pron~ted my <br />rcgttest far a NOTICE TO SHOW CAUSE OF 7110!00 <br />is spite of a stated prejudice that I have memioned re: the road closuro program, I mole the time to review <br />your request (on site) with my regional DMG speciali9t, Mr. Steve Shury an 7/11/00 (970}247-5062 to <br />give him a "heads-up" on the posstbdity of firhue complaints that might surface should such a program be <br />mlplemenud <br />There are several pceregtavites that I must have complete prior m this type of a project: <br />1) The uttlity exreasioas as mentioned in the amended operatutg pbm must be allowed and installed <br />2) The tatlings p®d access must be approved and rough graded.
