In some cases, [he company has gone <br />beyond that requirement and corrected problems for the well owner even though the cause was not <br />attributable to the operation. Following is a list of nearby wells where specific concerns arose, the <br />identified cause of the problem, and the action that was taken to correct the problem is stated. Wells <br />where [here were no problems are no[ shown.
