Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that on December 3, 2003, Washington County, whose address and telephone number aze 250 <br />Ash St., Akron, CO 80720; (970) 345-2701, filed an application to convert M-1986-048, Nicholson Gravel Pit, <br />a 110(c) Limited Impact Constmction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regulaz Construction Materials Pemut. The <br />mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 24, Township 6N, Range 55W, 06th Prune <br />Meridian, in Morgan County.. The application decision is scheduled for March 2, 2004. <br />A copy o£the application is available for review at the Morgan County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact <br />the applicam for the newspaper publication date.
