The existing TDN appeals in
OSM-Headquarters have been sent to the regional offices for decisions. From this
date, please send all TDN appeals to Rick Seibel at the Western Regional
Coordinating Center. Also, the Albuquerque Field Office (AFO) would appreciate a
courtesy copy of any appeal of a TDN that originated from AFO for our files.
Please contact Steve Rathbun at 505-766-1486 for any questions on this process.
Sincerely,
1 c- z
Thomas E.
