RE: Ft. Collins Pit, Permit #77-184 Request for a
Technical Revision
Dear Board Members :
Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the MLRB, Mobile Premix
Inc. requests that the board consider a Technical Revision at
the above referenced operation.
The revision requested is for the resequencing of the mining
and reclamation areas. We propose the following changes :
1 . Area 3 (28.63 Ac) be redesignated - 3A (28.63 Ac)
2. Area 4 (9.01 Ac) be redesignated - 3B (4.63 Ac) and
5 (4.38 Ac)
3. Area 5 (24.11 Ac) be redesignated - 4 (24.11 Ac)
To better clarify this request, I have enclosed a map with the
proposal changes indicated .
