Concerns about stormwater runoff, leakage of petroleum products, and <br />hazardous substance spills. <br />SGC has secured CDPS Permit No. COR-040052, which authorizes discharges of <br />stormwater from the American Tunnel area to Cement Creek in accordance with the <br />stormwater Management Plan. Requirements for containment of hazardous substances <br />and/or petroleum products are not altered by AM-05. <br />4.
