<br /> <br /> <br />,_ <br />Commence full reclamation of all offsite disturbed areas, during the construction season of the <br />year 2000, but not later than October 31, 2000, according to the same specifications included in <br />the approved reclamation plan for this permit area, and continue the necessary monitoring and <br />maintenance on a timely basis to ensure the establishment of revegetation, the minimization of <br />sediment damage, and the adequate control of weeds: OR <br />Modify the present permit boundary to include all areas of offsite damage, via a permit <br />amendment, said amendment to be approved within I50 days of February 23, 2000. <br />4. Cugnini is hereby assessed a CIVIL. PENALTY of $100.00 per day for 43 days of <br />violation, totaling $4300.00, pursuant to Section 34-32.5-124(7), C.R.S. All but $250.00 of the <br />civil penalty is suspended pending Cugnini's compliance with the above-described corrective <br />actions and Cease and Desist Order.
