In the event that the road crossing set out in <br />the Technical Revision, as finally approved, differs form <br />the road crossing already constructed, then the permit sus- <br />pension shall remain in effect until the road crossing is <br />constructed as finally approved. <br />d. By Oet®be-e 16-, 19-93 remove from the creek bed: <br />(i) the culverts from the previous mine access road <br />crossing, and <br />(ii) all of the fill from the previous mine access <br />road crossing that is deposited in the creek bed on <br />the permit area and within 200 feet of the permit <br />boundary to the extent that such material can reason- <br />ably be removed without causing damage to existing <br />vegetation. <br />e. By ~Oetober 15, 1991 the county shall submit photographs <br />to the Division demonstrating that the actions specified in <br />subparagraphs a, b and d above were completed, together <br />with a written summary of the dates on which the actions <br />were completed. <br />8. The Division may authorize the county to resume oper- <br />ations at the site once the corrective action plan has been com- <br />pleted. The parties may petition the Board for a hearing before <br />the Board concerning any dispute over the implementation of this <br />order. <br />9.
