The use of this <br />area to move dozers has been discontinued. Bob <br />Liddle of the Division inspected the area, but did <br />not issue an abatement notice because the NOV states <br />that we need to apply for a revision for this area. <br />We feel that it is our option as to whether we want <br />to apply for a revision to the permit for this <br />particular area and the violation should be <br />considered abated.
