<br />-4- <br /> <br />Additional Board Order Corrective Action Items from hearing of <br />July 22, 1992. <br />1. Maintain the WAD cyanide level below 15 ppm in the active <br />tailings pond, and below 10 ppm in the inactive tailings pond. <br />Status: In compliance with Board Order. <br />2. BMRI shall implement the INCO process as soon as possible, and <br />bring the tailings pond into compliance as soon as possible <br />thereafter. <br />Status: Analyses completed by BMG indicate that the tailings pond <br />sample locations have reached compliance levels. <br />However, the Division has not received independent ],ab or <br />third party analyses since the INCO Cyanide Destruction System <br />became operational.
