FANYO: We rest. <br />12 ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE CHILD: Does the Respondent <br />13 rest? <br />14 MR. RETRUM: Respondent rests, Your Honor. <br />15 ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE CHILD: Very well. Both <br />16 sides having rested, we come to the question of request for <br />17 temporary relief, do we not? Do we have to address that <br />18 further? <br />1 I know the parties stipulated that by way of <br />2 temporary relief the abatement would be continued till <br />3 August the 23d. <br />4 MR..FANYO: Including in that stipulation we <br />5 occur, reserving the right to seek a further extension or <br />6 continuation of the temporary relief, as well.
