We have not received a copy of the revision,
therefore, we have not reviewed it. In response to the question on federal coal leases,
Oxbow Mining, Inc. was the successful bidder for Coal Lease COC-61357, however,
the lease has not yet been issued. Therefore, Oxbow does not have the right to enter
on federal lands to conduct coal mining operations within the Elk Creek tract. Coal
Lease COC-53510 was issued in 1992 and is still effective. We understand that no
new mining or reclamation activities are proposed in PR-4.
Please contact Lynn Lewis at (970)240-5305 if you have any questions.
Rinraroly ~inlirc
,~G~~~~~~'iR~
Allan J.
