The Keenesburg Scrip Miners a sur- face coal mine located in Weld County, approx- imately 7 miles north of Keenesburg, Colorado. Coal interest is Slate and private, and the sur- face affected is Private lantl. The permit area encompasses approximately 612.50 acres, This proposed decision is based on a finding that the proposed operation will com- ply with all requirements of [he Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, Section 34-33-f 0 1, et seq., C.R.S., and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
