<br />Land Reclamation Aet for the Extraetlon of Construetlon
<br />Materials. The proposed mine Is known as Shavano Gravel
<br />Pit, and is located within NW'/. Section 11, Tier 48 North,
<br />Range 10 West, New Mexico (10°i) Principal Meridian,
<br />Montrose County, Colorado.
<br />The proposed date or commencement is May 2, 200t, and
<br />the proposed date of completion Is Ne year 2009. The
<br />proposed future use of the land la rangeland.
