<br />applleation for a Reclamatlom Permit whh the Colorado
<br />Mined Reelamatlon Board under provisions of the Colorado
<br />Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction
<br />Matenala. The proposed mine is known as Shavano Gravel
<br />Pit, and is located vdthin fVW%. Section 11, Tler 48 North,
<br />Range 10 West, New Mexico (10°') Principal Meddlan,
<br />Montrose County, Colorado.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is May 2, 2001, and
<br />the proposed date of completion is the year 2009. The
<br />proposed tutors use of the land is rangeland.
