Our client, <br />William Phillips, objected before the Fremont County Commissioners to the granting of a Conditional Use <br />Permit to Rocky Mountain Materials and Asphalt with respect to the above operation, believing that the <br />application submitted included land that he owns. <br />The Fremont County Commissioners granted the Conditional Use Permit subjectto the real property in question <br />being excluded from the permit.
