The following must be submitted before <br />technical review may begin: <br />Application Fee: As notified by Kimberly Roberts, of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division, the correct application fee for a 110 to <br />112 conversion is 51,500.00 (previously submitted check no. 2387 in the <br />amount of 51,875.00 returned to you on April 3, 1992). Please remit the <br />corrected fee as soon as possible. <br />An initial decision date of July 1, 1992, has been set for this conversion <br />application. Failure to submit the application fee the decision date may <br />result in a decision to deny your application. In accordance with Rule 1.5, a <br />new decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of the <br />application fee. If you have initiated publication, you will need to , <br />republish notice which specifies a new final date for receiving public <br />comments as being the 20th day after the fourth republication date or the next <br />regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
