Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Technical Revision Application (TR-10/2), Fountain Colony <br />On Mazch 7, 2001, the Division approved the Fountain Colony pit technical revision application <br />that increased the required financial warranty to $137,000 to provide funds for the removal of <br />concrete pads and one steel building. To date, the increase in bond has never been received so, <br />therefore, the technical revision approval is not final. And, as a result, the proposed installation <br />of concrete foundations and one steel building is not allowed.
