It is my understanding that Mid-Continent Resources is not under any order
at this time with respect to clean up of reported leakage from drums on a trailer located in the
loadout facility yard. Further, it is my understanding that Mid-Continent Resources can proceed
with appropriate actions with respect to the affected soil and disposal of the drums and their
contents following their characterisation.
In order that we tray proceed with the disposition of the drums and their contents, we
are requesting your assistance in obtaining both the analytical results for the solid and liquid
samples collected by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and also the splits of the
samples that were collected by EPA. As you are aware, despite repeated requests, we have not
been able to obtain either the analytical results or the splits of the samples as of today. In this
regard, we were advised previously by Mr. Fred Burnside that both the analytical results and
the splits would be made available to us. .
Please contact either Ms. Diane Delaney with Mid-Continent Resources at (970) 945-
4958 or me if my understanding is not correct or if you have questions.
Very trul your,
~AN SSOCIATES, INC.
~~
Richazd L.
