EXHIBIT B SITE DESCRIPTION
The site where the excavation of soil is baron ground.
There is no agricultural use on this land as it is primarly
weedy.
The analyzed weeds are Bromus Tectorum "Cheat Grass", or
Cowney Brome: Russian Thistle, and Rabbit Brush-Chrysothamnus-
Nanseosus. These are the weeds that are located at the site
location.
Enclosed is a copy of the latest soil sample taken of the
area. A new soil sample is being sent to Colorado State
University through the Tri-River Extension Office in Montrose,
Colorado. The current soil sample being sent to Colorado State
University is taken at a depth of approximately ten feet. This
will determine at a lower depth the quality of the soil.
Depending on the soil test result, amendments can be added if
needed.
There is a power pole on the south end of the property
with high line wires going from east to west over the property.
There is also a 16 X 20 tool shed at the north edge of the
property. There are no houses, below ground utilities,
irrigation ditches, maintained public roads, bridges, wells,
pipelines, water storage impoundments, railroad tracks,
cemeteries, or communication antennas located on the property.
There is a fence on the west side and the north side of the
property. There are no streams, springs, lakes, stock water
ponds, ditches, reservoirs and acquifers which would receive
drainage directly from the affected area.
/-
f=ro~ ~ Da~~~/ 6oP~ ~~d«..,~ly ~aro~y G~de~:. ,;„
To ~ ~t G "~
Deer" ff ~ ~(- ~c~- o7~f/
S ~f~e ~ b ~- Q ~-u~k, ~-
e2~ '.
