Fraser and Mr. Steen: <br />Action by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board during a formal public hearing held <br />on July 27, 1995 resulted in the enclosed Notice and Order to Pay Civil Penalty for the <br />violation identified in Notice of Violation No. M-95-053 which is attached.
