Ducommon: <br />STATE OF CO <br />This letter is written as a follow-up to a conversation between Dave Farley and me cor <br />about a proposed activity and the permissibility of that activity under your current reel <br />1 understand Ivtr. If this is a one time only activity which will assist in reclaiming pre- <br />the Board may determine that an amendment is unnecessary.
