Dudash,Joe
From: Jim Stover [estover@bresnan.net]
Sent: Thursday, November 13, 2003 1:02 PM
To: Joe Dudash
Subject: TR-30 Gob Pile
Joe:
Since there is a new sediment pond for the gob pile, the following complicating issues arise:
1. Section 7 consultation for the additional depletion (evaporative loss discussed in Section 2.04.11).
2. Working with Craig Lis to obtain approval of a substitute water supply plan. I submitted an application for a
SSP to the State Engineer November 5th.
I think you should initiate the Section 7 consultation as soon as possible.
Jim Stover
12/8/2003
