III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIiI <br />999 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby <br />issues notice that on 19 a <br />Technical revision application for a permit to conduct coal <br />mining operations, File No. C-81-012, by Basin Resources, <br />inc., 14300 Highway 12, Weston, Co 81091, was deemed complete <br />for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods <br />as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder <br />initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant is proposing to change an access road. to a haul <br />road at the New Elk Mine. The permit area is located in <br />Sections 13, 14, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 34, 35 and 36 <br />of T335, R68W; Sections 1 and 2 of T345, R68W; Sections 30 and <br />31 of T33S, R67W; and Sections 6 of T34S, R67W.
