MLR-CP-C&D-, • <br />9/19/77 <br />MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br />In The Matter Of ) <br />SANDCO ) <br />~ III 111111 1111111111 <br />AMENDMENT TO <br />CEASE 6 DESIST ORDER <br />OF June 1, 1977 <br />T0: SANDCO and all other persons presently <br />owning or acquiring now or in the future an interest in SANDCO <br />FINDIPIGS OF FACT <br />Pursuant to the authority vested in the MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD by C.R.S. <br />1973, 34-32-123 and 124, as amended, the BOARD hereby makes the following findings <br />of fact: <br />1. That operators need additional time to comply with the deadlines of the <br />BOARD's Compliance Plan of February 22, 1977, as amended; <br />2. That all operators within the State who previously came under the Compliance <br />Plans may avail themselves of the extended deadlines established by the Board <br />Resolution of July 15, 1977, as amended. <br />CEASE b DESIST ORDER <br />Based upon the foregoing findings of fact and pursuant to the provisions of <br />C.R.S. 1973, 34-32-123 and 124, the BOARD hereby amends the Cease & Desist Order <br />issued to SANDCO on June 1, 1977 <br />to change the deadline date established by Paragraphs 1, 3-6, to those established <br />as amended <br />by the BOARD's resolution of July 15, 1977/, which is attached hereto and thereby <br />incorporated by reference. The BOARD hereby orders SANDCO to <br />as amended <br />comply with the date established by the July 15, 1977/Resolution.
