We are doing this at the request of the Division to allow for a public notification and comment period. This TR application is revising the reclamation plan in to a lazger lake than was originally approved, It was determined this change was significant enough to need the public review process. We are requesting the decision date be delayed until February 2, 1999. This allows for four weekly publications and a 20 day comment period following the close of the notifications. We are also notifying all adjacent property owners within 200 feet of the change by certified letter. Notices have been submitted to the local Soil Conservation District and the Adams County Board of County Commissioners. A copy of the Technical Revision application has been placed with the Adams County Clerk and Recorders office for public review. Attached are the certified receipts for delivery of the notices to the SCD, BCC and clerk and recorder. We have also placed a sign on the entrance to the permit area.
