The Iron Point <br />Tract is located in T. 13 S., R. 91 W., Delta County, Colorado. <br />The Service does not believe that any threatened or endangered terrestrial species would be <br />impacted by the project. In December 1999, the Service issued a biological opinion for water <br />depletion impacts by Bowie Number 1 and 2 Mines for production up to 5 million tons of coal <br />per year and 236.6 acre-feet of water depletion per year (GJ-6-CO-99-F-034). The PR-4 would <br />continue this production rate and would not increase the depletion.
