An assessment conference was <br />held at the Division's office on June 22, 1993. In attendance at <br />the conference in addition to yourself and me was Dan Hernandez, <br />representing the Division. If you agree with the penalties, <br />please sign the settlement agreements within ten (10) days. If <br />you disagree with the penalties, do not sign the agreements. The <br />Division will fix the penalty pursuant to Rule 5.04.3(5) and you <br />may appeal to the Board. if you have any questons regarding <br />these settlement agreements, please feel free to call me.
