Industrial buildings/structures
Aggregate Industries believes that the mining operation, as proposed, will not adversely affect
any of the permanent, man-made structures located within 200 feet of the affected area.
However, the applicant still anticipates providing evidence of agreements for compensation with
the appropriate structure owners or engineering evaluations that adequately demonstrate that the
proposed mining and reclamation operations will not result in damage to the structures. Until the
agreements or engineering evaluations are provided, mining will remain 200 feet from
significant, valuable, or permanent man-made structures not controlled by the applicant.

Platte Yafley Oper¢tion
DMG 112 PermitAmertdment
Page 31
