The police report involved the investigation of a <br />possibly hazardous situation concerning the use of explosives at the Bowie No. 2 Mine. The <br />police investigation was requested by Mr. Doug Fraser, a landowner adjacent to the Bowie No. 2 <br />Mine. The investigation presumably occurred on or near Friday, July 18, 1997. <br />Because of the potentially serious nature of this situation, the Division is requesting that the <br />police report be faxed today, if at all possible.
