~- III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII` <br />EXHIBIT "M" <br />OTHER PERMTI'S & LICENSES <br />ANTELOPE HILL GRAVEL PIT <br />'The County of Delta has no zoning regulations or master plan governing gravel <br />,extractions. Therefore, no permit is required for this operation. <br />Water Quality Control Division of the Colorado Department of Health has been <br />contacted. According to letter dated July 9, 1991, the division has reviewed the <br />information and indicated that there would be no requirement for a permit for this <br />operation. <br />Delta County has obtained an Emission Permit for a Gravel Operation at the <br />Antelope Hill Pit, No. 91 DL 832 from the State Department of Health, Air <br />,Quality Control. <br />Delta County is operating a crushing plant under Fugitive Dust Permit No. <br />89DL197-3P from the Colorado Department of Health, Air Pollution Control <br />Division. This is a portable unit which will be moved to Antelope Hill when the <br />need arises. <br />The Colorado Historical Society has indicated that they have seazched the <br />Colorado Inventory of Cultural Resources and have found no known sites located <br />within the boundaries of this project. <br />Due to the location of the mining azea, no dredge and fill operation is anticipated, <br />therefore, no U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit will be necessary. <br />There is an agreement between Delta County and Hulteen Orchards, Inc. and <br />Ralph Guling concerning the mining operation and access to the mining area. <br />(Contract No. 80-CT-001 and Amendment No. 86-CT-049.)
