IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required <br />abatement and date of abotement for the violation, previous violations still requiring <br />abatement and the termination of violations cited during previous inspections. <br />Notice of Violation CV-2000-007 was issued for "failure to complete construction of <br />sediment pond 016 prior to disturbance of the undisturbed area that drains into the <br />pond". This NOV applies to the area where topsoil was salvaged from the hillside in <br />the northern part of the Pond Ol 6 drainage basin. Abatement requires SCC to <br />complete the construction of the pond and to certify construction by a registered <br />professional engineer no later than October 31, 2000.
