Exhibit G WATER INFORMATION. <br />Mining activity is not expected to directly affect surface <br />or groundwater systems. This is a dry mining operations and no <br />ground water is encountered. <br />Water use at this site is supplied under an agreements with <br />Central City and the Town of Idaho Springs. It is used for dust <br />control measures during processing and on roads. Albert Frei and <br />Sons, Inc., has a contract with Central City for 20 ac-ft per <br />year and this use is covered by their augmentation plan for the <br />Chase Gulch Reservoir. Water it pumped from Clear Creek and from <br />three wells on the site. A monthly water use recap is sent to <br />Central City's attorney for inclusion in their report to the <br />State Engineer. Albert Frei and Sons, Inc., also has a backup <br />supply of 10 ac-ft of water they lease from the town of Idaho <br />Springs and 18 gpm from the Walstrum Quarry Pipeline No. 1. <br />Employee drinking water is supplied with bottled water but <br />eventually the commercial well on Stage Y may be used. <br />In early 2001 the State of Colorado approved a storage right <br />for 310 acre ft of water from Clear Creek when in priority (case <br /># 98CW473). In addition, an existing 15 gpm, commercial well <br />(permit # 03803-F) and the Walstrum Quarry Pipeline No. 1 (18 <br />gpm) were adjudicated under this case number. <br />24 (Revised 8/19/02) <br />
